How long until my order arrives?

Expect 5-10 business days for processing and delivery.

Can I return a card for a refund?

We don’t currently have any facility for refunds as it is difficult to determine if a card has been used after it has been posted out.

Why don’t you offer Express Post?

You could pay more for it, but it doesn’t seem to work out here in central New South Wales like it does in the city or on the coast. If you have an extremely urgent need, contact us and we can look into a courier service.

What BTC-AUD Exchange Rate do you use?

We use the current realtime Mt. Gox Weighted Average with a small adjustment to cover exchange/transfer fees and value fluctations.

We are currently using the blockchain.info ticker AUD price with a small adjustment to cover exchange/transfer fees and value fluctuations.

Or you can pay in a variety of cryptocurrencies via ShapeShift.

Why don’t you sell Gift Cards from XXXXXXX?

Tell us what you are after and we will look into sourcing it. We are regularly adding new cards, so keep checking back to see what’s new.

    Can I use my card digitally?

      Hi Nikki, Only some cards are digital/delivered by email. Select ‘eGift’ cards in the ‘Value’ drop-down for products such as Bunnings, SuperCheap Auto, Harvey Norman, Woolworths, etc. Some cards are only available in physical form and must be sent via Australia Post. e.g. Coles/Myer and ALDI.
